Multi-day Tours - 12 Days activities including airport pickup and drop off

More than 2,300 km of travelling and great experience in this beautiful State of Victoria ?.

The prices include all the pickups, transfers, drop-offs, and English-speaking tour guides in every travel (except on the airport transfers when it will be just a driver).

Private venue tickets, meals and tastings are not included. We can organise all the bookings once you have a firm itinerary.

Tour guide accommodation was included on Day 5 at Apollo Bay. On all other nights, the guide will drive back to Melbourne.

The quote is for 5x Adults + 2x Kids + 1x Infant. Up to 2x extra adults are allowed to join any day with no extra cost, and a car child seat will be provided for the infant.

The total price for 12 days (no activity on Day 7) is AUD 9,980.

Payment conditions: 

- 50% deposit to confirm the booking

- 50% up to 14 days before the start of the tour (or in cash on the first day of the tour)

Cancellation policy: 

- Full refund if cancelled up to 14 days before the start of the tour

- 50% refund if cancelled up to 7 days before the start of the tour

- No refund after that

T&C's:

1. The Total cost of the Tour Package (till date) is Approximately AUD$9,980 for 5X Adults + 2X Children + 1X Infant and up to 2X Extra Adults allowed to join any day with no extra cost.

2. Tour Package Cost includes all pickups, transfers, drop offs and English-speaking Tour Guide in every travel (Except on airport transfer days).

3. 1X Driver (Also a Qualified Guide) will be present on days with Tour, 1X Driver (Non-Qualified Guide) will be present on days of Transfers.

4. All food/drinks/admission tickets/other miscellaneous expenses for the Driver/Guide are accounted for and included in the Tour Package Cost as above.  

(We will not have to pay the Driver/Guide anything throughout and after the Tour)

5. Tour Guide Accommodation included in the Tour Package Cost as above on Day 5 at Apollo Bay. On all other nights, the guide will drive back to Melbourne.

6. Driver/Guide has no standard working hours and no overtime rates.

7. 12-Seater Minibus will be provided.

8. 1X Child Seat & 2X Car Seat Boosters will be provided for the 1X Infant + 2X Children.

9. Exclusions: Private Venue Tickets, Attraction Tickets, Meals and Tastings excluded for all Guests.
